Vendor Donations

Vendor donations will be accepted via email only. Please submit your donation to saverocketry@cox.net. Please submit donations by April 21, 2005; be sure to include MSRP for each item, to help in breaking the donations out into equitable prize packages.

You will be notified via email as to who the winner(s) are for the prize(s) you donate, and you will be responsible for delivery of the prize(s) to the winner(s).

Please consider delivery times when making commitments on prizes. We want this to be a positive experience for everyone in the hobby, so if your donation will require an extended delivery time, please state that in your donation.

What can I expect from my donation?

Your company will be listed on the prize list as having made a donation, in the order the donation was received. In addition, for at least the duration of any advertising done with the monies collection, you will be listed on the FlyRockets.com "Where to buy" page, in the group according to your donation level. Vendors will be listed alphabetically within their respective groups.

All vendors, regardless of whether or not they make a donation, will appear in the alphabetical FlyRockets.com Global Vendors listing, if they submit vendor information to the Save Rocketry Now site. Please note that the "Where to buy" page will be refreshed when new events are run using the FlyRockets.com site. The original listings were in place for 18 months, and at a minimum, you can expect your listing to be maintained for several months, during the course of the advertising, which is when the peak views to the site will occur.
